How to change the request by name?

When i send for a signature, the subject of the email says """""" Agreement_Jeffrey - Signature requested by """""""

 

How to change that name listed there.  I've checked settings and it's the right one i wanted to show .

    Hi mojoacc, welcome to our Community! 

     

    The email notification initially will be from Dropbox Sign but the content will show the name as shown in your account.

     

    You can try changing this by following this path: 

     

    • Sign in to hellosign.com.
    • Hover over your email address.
    • Select Settings.
    • Click Profile.
