SOLVED - Accessing HelloSign Files?

*edit* - hellosign.com is working again.

 

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm new to Dropbox. We currently have a Dropbox Sign account (previously HelloSign), but have been unable to access the account from hellosign.com for the past several hours. I'm guessing that Dropbox might be doing a merger to this domain? I'm able to access Dropbox with my existing login information, but my team members and all of our documents are missing. I just want to make sure that it is because of a transfer taking place and what the ETA will be to have access to everything. There are current, open, contracts that we need to access ASAP. Thanks!
