How to cancel a subscription if I cannot access to my email address
Dropbox keeps charging me on the account that I no longer use (I used the company email address to register to Dropbox a couple of years ago but now I have left the firm and I no longer have access to the email. I believe the email is no longer available too).
What is worse is that I have no access to the registered email address and when I tried to log in using that email address, Dropbox sent a verification email to that inaccessible email address and I cannot verify myself and cannot log in to unsubscribe the service. What should I do?
I am thinking about canceling my credit card to avoid this stupid loop.
I want to talk with customer support directly but they say that I need to be a paid subscriber of which I cannot log in.
What should I do?
Need help ASAP.

Hey yusukemck - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
In cases like this, you can reach out to our support team directly through this form. Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
If you find any troubles along the way, just let us know here and we'll reach out via email from our end to investigate further.

I have made a request via the provided form but I have recieved no feedback from the team yet. Could you provide the workable email address to contact to the person in charge? In the provided form, there is a box to provide the registered email that i used to subscribe to Dropbox. However, the email that I used to register to Dropbox is no longer accessible since I have left the company... I clearly stated in the details box that to contact me please use other email address that I clearly provided. Still, I received no response...

There is no such email address. You can't email Support directly. You need to open a ticket by submitting the form.

Do it the other way around. Enter a valid email address at the top, and in the details list the email address for the account that you can no longer access.
