I got my payment receipt, but my Dropbox account hasn't been upgraded yet.

I upgraded to dropbox plus & have my receipt number etc. but my storage has not upgraded to 2TB

    Thanks for the details you’ve provided, Glenn! If you go to https://www.dropbox.com/account/general now, do you see the same email address as the one you got the confirmation email to?

    If not, it means you’re signed in to the wrong Dropbox account at the moment; so, you’ll need to log out of it and sign back in with the email address and password of your upgraded account.

    Hey Glenn Bowman, hope you’re doing well. 

    Which platform did you use for the upgrade? Was it www.dropbox.com or iTunes/Google Play instead? 

    Besides the receipt you got, did you also get a confirmation email by Dropbox? If you did, I’d like you to compare the email address you received it to with the one you see on this page. Are they the same? 

    I’d just like to make sure you upgraded the same Dropbox account as the one you’re logged in. 

    Keep me updated.

    actually 30% - would be nice, esp. after the time I've put in (and the sleeplessness associated) with the failure to load

    I did receive an acknowledgement (have tried to copy but the server won't acknowledge it - info is Email account: [...]
