Photo sync issue with new phone
Previously when I have upgraded to a new iPhone, I have not had problems with Dropbox remembering to sync with my Camera Uploads folder. I upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro yesterday and Dropbox is now uploading all of my photos elsewhere, although I do not know where they are going. The individual activity dropdown screen is also not working, so I am unable to know where they are being uploaded. I want to avoid them being duplicated and backed up elsewhere. How can I resolve this problem so I understand where my photos are being uploaded and can re-sync them with the original folder I've had for over 10 years where my photos and videos should be being backed up?

Hi there wodom -sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Your files should be uploaded in the same Camera Uploads folder if you're using the automatic camera uploads feature.
Are you using this feature on your new device or maybe you're manually uploading your photos instead?
Can you have a look at your events page to see where those files are uploaded now perhaps?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.
