Why is Dropbox duplicating my last name in e-signature requests?

Just to give some context, I have the Essentials subscription for Dropbox, and in my settings, my last name is only entered once. So, I’m confused why it keeps showing up twice in the emails it sends. For now, I’ve removed my last name from the settings to stop the duplication, but that’s really just a workaround, not a fix. Has anyone else run into this?
