Hacked email address with no access to Dropbox
Hello, my email account was hacked 2 years ago and I realised that I had Dropbox with pictures. I want to delete the content inside this Dropbox account or even delete the Dropbox account permanentlly. What should I do?

Hi nikolagpetrovv, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If an account hasn't been accessed for over 12 months, then it would be deactivated by Dropbox due to inactivity.
Since it has been 2 years ago, assuming the account hasn't been accessed, it would already be deleted by now.
- nikolagpetrovvExplorer | Level 3I want to be sure its deleted. Can someone from Dropbox confirm this?

I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from. Thanks!
