I can’t receive 2FA via SMS for my other account
as the title states
i keep entering my email and password for the other account and i know they’re correct and my number is correct as well cuz i’ve received multiple messages from DropBox before but now it says Enter Code for the SMS 2FA and i never receive it.

You will need to contact Dropbox support at www.dropbox.com/support. If you are a free user make sure you are logged out, including here, and choose the 'Get help logging in' option.
