Locked out of my Dropbox account
Hello, I am Cole.
I foolishly used a temporary e-mail client to sign up for Dropbox, and now my authentication code is being sent to an email address that no longer exists. I tried reaching out for support on Twitter and have been waiting for a reply on Gmail for 9 hours. If anyone knows how to help me, I will be very grateful.
Thanks in advance - Cole

You can try contacting Support directly but if you no longer have access to your email, you usually cannot gain access to the Dropbox account.
To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Thank you. I am astounded that a company as massive as Dropbox doesn't have a support phone number. I contacted Dropbox on Twitter, knowing full well they would be late to reply, and they have certainly not subverted my expectations. I was sent an email 11 hours ago that I replied to, and they never followed up on. The support person on Twitter told me to "give them time" in a condescending manner. I have been giving them time. I gave them my whole day. What is the person who's been assigned my ticket number been doing for 11 hours?
