request for signature never gets sent?

Hi!

I have sent for a signature from the same person 3 times now and followed all the necessary prompts and I get to the end and look at my signature requests pending and it shows nothing. Looks like I never sent one. It does however tell me I only get 1 more attempt to get a signature this month....so drop box is counting it as a request, but not showing pending when I check the pending signatures page....It seems pretty straight forward and I type of this whole message to them and there doesn't appear to be one there after I finish everything. Also, no signature is coming through, which tells me it probably isn't going out for request. I'm confused....

Would you mind giving us some more info?

For example, have you tried signing in to your Dropbox Sign account directly? 

And do you see any pending signature requests there?
