Hi,

 

One of our agency clients invited me to their business account and I was automatically added as team member using my work email. Now, I recently asked them to delete me as a team member so I can use my email basically as a personal account and not under their business. How do I reuse my work email to sign in/sign up in Dropbox? It says that my account has been deleted/disabled when I tried to sign in; or my email is already in use when I try to sign up.

I believe you need to wait seven days after a team admin deletes an account before the email will be available for use again. A better solution would have been for the team admin to convert your account to an individual account. If you don't want to wait the seven days, you could ask the team admin to restore your account, and then convert it.
