Can't add more team members to my team, why?

I no longer have the option to add new employees to our team.  What needs to be done?

Hi @SummerallCC, how are you today?

 

The first thing you'd need to check, if you're having trouble adding new members to your account, is to make sure that you have enough free licenses. 

 

You can see your licenses here, and if you need to add more licenses to the account, the steps are right here. Can you give this one a go?
