View, download, and export

I save all of my photos on my Dropbox. Today when I tried to scroll to older photos I got to the end of the photos and then saw a message "Display Limit Reached. To view all of your photos, try searcing in Files". After this message there aren't any more photos. I looked on my computer to check on dropbox.com if my photos are perhaps shown there, but they aren't there either. Where are my photos? My subscription is paid and I have ample space remaining, so what can be the problem?
DROPBOX PLEASE FIX THIS!
My mother passed away recently and her photos are amongst the ones I can't find. My heart will be shattered if these photos are lost. PLEASE HELP!!!
I use Dropbox version 332.2.2 and Android version 13.
Hi @Lariska, let's jump right into this!
It sounds like you're trying to view the pictures, using your Photos tab on your mobile, is that right? What happens if you access the Files tab on the app, and try researching for them that way?
If I were you, I'd also try viewing them using this link online.
Let me know if you're able to see them there!
