"Error opening file"

I get an error "Error opening file" intermittently when  opening PDF documents in the Android App.

Ihave experienced this on a Samsung Galaxy S23 and on a OnePlu 8 Pro.

Anyone else experienced this - and found a solution?

    Thanks for posting here, Username10!

Just to clarify; does this error show when you preview this file on your mobile app, or when you select to open it via Adobe Acrobat Reader, for example? If it’s the latter, can you please test this with PDF files that aren’t saved on your Dropbox account, as well?

Finally, can you send over a screenshot of the error message to have a visual?

Let me know when you’ve got more updates.

    Hi, thanks for responding.
Yes the error occurs intermittently when I preview some pdf files file on my mobile.
And sometimes, I can open the same files just fine the next time I try.
Opening the files in Acrobat Reader works just fine.
I'll post a screenshot next time I see the error.
