.mp3 files are supported but something went wrong.
All my files were working fine, then all of the sudden they are inaccessible. They are visible in the folders, but once the individual file is selected I get the .mp3 files are supported but something went wrong. Earlier today all was working.

If this persists after clearing your browser's cache and/or on another browser, could you send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?

Ours are the same. Can see the files but get an error when try to use.

Same issue here, File preview is not working across all my devices for all file types both in the app and on dropbox.com
