Airdrop download issue

After getting a file airdropped to my phone, I sent the file to Dropbox for it to be downloaded. However, moments later the download was cancelled stating it failed. Nothing appears in the deleted files folder. Is there a way to get this file back?

    Hey csb1977, sorry to hear you're having trouble with this.

     

    Can you please clarify what you were trying to accomplish?

     

    If the file that was AirDropped was uploaded to your Dropbox, are you not able to find it in your account?

     

    Or did you have an issue uploading the file to Dropbox instead of downloading it from Dropbox?

     

    Let me know and we'll go from there.
