Better Preview Video Quality On a File By File Basis

I think it be a good idea to give advanced (paying) users the possibility to set some videos to raw playback in the backend. We send a lot of preview videos to clients and im tried of explaining they have to download first to view the actual quality. Also on their phones they often are not able or willing to do so. The preview quality as it is right now is just terrible.

Of course i know that this would cause more traffic on DBs servers, but by not defaulting to it, and also having to decide on a file by file basis this could be migitated.
