Can't download certain videos via Dropbox mobile app
Some mp4 videos are giving an error "sorry, this type of video cannot be saved to this device" when downloaded via the DropBox app. When downloaded via the DropBox website they are fine, and playback just fine. It is just the mobile app that gives the errors. Why would that be an issue, and how can we resolve it (without re-encoding everything). We even have it where 4 different cuts were loaded to Dropbox, and 3 work but the 4th doesn't, yet all were exported using the same template.

Hi spom, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try marking the videos as offline first before exporting them to your mobile device to see if this helps?
