Can't download files that others have uploaded from their devices.

I’m experiencing a problem with downloading files that others have uploaded from their devices. Every time I try to download these files using the DB app for Windows, my computer encounters an issue. Specifically, the Word software displays an error message indicating that the file is corrupted, which is preventing me from accessing the documents I need. I’ve reinstalled the DB app several times, but the issue persists. I could really use some help!

Hey Wendy Don, I'd be happy to help!

Just to make sure we're on the same page here: how exactly do you try to download the content?

Do you use our website, and try to download them to your device or use different steps? If you try to preview the content online, are you able to open them without an issue?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
