Can't download files to my phone using the iOS Dropbox app

I have files that are stored in Dropbox, but when I try to save them to my iPhone, it says that I can't save them. Also, if I try to play them on my Dropbox account on my iPhone, they don't appear to download and play. The spinning box just keeps displaying.

What setting do I need to change to be able to have the videos stored locally on my iPhone?

Thank you,

Lexie

Hey Lexie Trask, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Can you send us a screenshot of the error you're getting, so I can check it out?

Also, what is the size and type of files (.mov, .mp4 etc.) that you're trying to save to your device and which steps are you following to do so?

    Thanks in advance.
