    Can you share some additional info about this, please? 

     

    Do you get any errors when trying to download the file? What's stopping you from doing so?

     this is the file iam trying to download,

    i download it yesterday

    today i found this problem

    is this file removed?

    Hey moelgaraihy, thanks for your speedy response! 

     

    Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you still get the same error when accessing the file in question? 

     

    Also, is the file saved inside your Dropbox account, or is this a shared file?

    this is a shared file and i tried it in my phone it isn't work also

    Hi moelgaraihy, is there any chance, that the person that sent you the link has either moved, or deleted the content or shared link?

     

    Another thing to keep in mind, and ask the person that sent you the link is if they send it with "view only" permissions.

     

    I'm saying that, cause in this similar thread, the file was sent with editing permissions. In which case, you'd need to have enough space to add the file to your Dropbox account.
