Can't open a file online. "Could not communicate" error.

Hello,

Is anybody can tell me why I am getting a message "Could not communicate with https://applications.brightmls.com" when trying to open a file?

  • Hi Megan,

I did manage to resolve it.

Thank you for the prompt response.

Hey Greg56, let's jump right into this!

Does this happen with a specific file, or multiple ones?

Have you tried switching a browser by any chance, just to observe if you get the same results there?

If you get the same error, would you mind sending over a screenshot, in order for us to have a visual too?

    Waiting for your updates!
