Download Failure of large file using Firefox
I upgraded to a Pro account and am experiencing the repeated failure to download a 36 gb file.
Dialog about this problem implies Dropbox has solved it. Why is the problem still recurring?
Using a Mac with plenty of memory and Firefox browser. Thank you for your support. Humbug

Does this issue persist on a private browsing window as well?
Can you also try a different browser altogether, to see if that helps?
