Downloads from the Dropbox site that take longer than 30 seconds always fail
Don't really know what to do. Every time I try to download a big file from dropbox it fails after about 40 seconds (or sometimes a lot sooner). I've tried 4 different browsers. I'm on a Mac Studio running Ventura 13.7.2.
The funniest thing is that I also can't download the dropbox desktop application, because that download fails too. I have no problem downloading using wetransfer, and I download large files from elsewhere all the time. Only dropbox gives me this problem. I've seen comments about this on here from 7 years ago, so I figure no one else is having this problem anymore.
Is there a trick or a fix for this? Is there a good download manager program that can help? I tried a couple but they just download the dropbox webpage - not the actual files on the page.
Any advice is welcome. Thanks.

Hi testrock, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you using a personal machine or a company-managed device?
Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks Jay. It's a personal machine with no proxy or VPN. There are no restrictions on any domains to my knowledge.

Do any other machines on the same network have a similar issue?

I'll investigate that, thanks.
