Dropbox website won't open

I have a problem with access to site dropbox.com. Site not opening.

Ping is working normally:

PING dropbox.com (162.125.248.18) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 162.125.248.18: icmp_seq=1 ttl=55 time=38.4 ms
64 bytes from 162.125.248.18: icmp_seq=2 ttl=55 time=38.3 ms
64 bytes from 162.125.248.18: icmp_seq=3 ttl=55 time=38.1 ms
64 bytes from 162.125.248.18: icmp_seq=4 ttl=55 time=38.1 ms

  • I don’t know what happened but problem has gone without rebooting computer and router. Now site and application working normally. Thanks for response.

    Hey there Dmitry Belkin - sorry to hear about this.

     

    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and/or using another browser since you first noticed this?

     

    If you did and this persists, please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting, so that we can have a look too.

    In that case, can you reboot your computer and internet router and let me know how it goes?

     

    If you have a security program running as well, you can temporarily disable it as a test too.

     

    When it comes to the desktop app, can you send me another screenshot of the app's exact status and version as shown in your system tray/menu bar
