Error when trying to export a Paper doc as PDF

I am trying export Dropbox paper documents into a pdf, it has been showing export failed.  

Error message says:

Export

The export process failed.  Please try again later.

_______

It has been showing this error message since this week. 

 

Please let me know how I can take care of this issue.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention, youngshing.

     

    Are you following these steps to convert the Paper doc into a PDF?

     

    If so, can you try from a different browser or a private browsing/incognito window, to see if it helps?

     

    Let me know what you find.
