Files don't get downloaded from the website on Safari
Two out of 11 users on my account can't seem to download any files from Dropbox. Looking in the admin backend it shows the file has been downloaded but there is no file on either of their computers.
Previously there was a little animation and the file showed up in a little ’downloads’ button in the upper right of Safari. Now, nothing happens.
Downloads folder has been checked and nothing is there, either.
When I log in as the user who is having the difficulty I don't have any problems downloading a file. Thinking it's a computer setting but don't know where to look.

Sorry to hear about this, millergret.
Have you tried downloading files using a different browser or a private browsing window?
The issue you're experiencing may be the result of a security setting or a plugin installed on Safari.
Let me know what you find.
