Getting a 403 error on Amazon

Hi,

We are using the view permission link of our image links to our Amazon listing template but keeps getting an error like this:

We could not access the media URL.  A 403 HTTP status code was received. Ensure that the server or firewall configuration is not blocking Amazon servers from accessing the media.

How can we fix this issue?  Thank you!

Make sure you've altered the links to change dl=0 to raw=1 in the URL. Refer to the following help article for more information:

Also note that these links have a redirect in them, meaning the original URL you receive for the link is not the final URL that will be seen in your browser or by the service accessing the image. If the service you're using is unable to follow a redirect, you won't be able to use a Dropbox link with the service.

Finally, Dropbox is not an image hosting service. Yes, it MIGHT work, but there are issues to consider such as the redirect mentioned above and the bandwidth limits for your account. If your intent is to use Dropbox to host images for display through another service, you really should be looking at a proper image host, and not a cloud storage service.
