Getting an error when trying to preview videos on the website

I am trying to watch my videos on dropbox but for some reason, when I go to my folders, I am viewing in Large Grid and I see mp4 * 0:00. I double click it and it says ".mp4 files are supported but something went wrong." Can you guys fix this?

Hannah do you mean the status page that has a very vague message and hasn't been updated in hours?

If there was more to report or additional information, it would be listed there. If not, there's no new information and they're still working the issue.
