How can I find my downloaded files?
How do I get my photos from Dropbox to Snapfish?
When I try to save my Drop box files to my computer it goes into a Zip file, which I then can't find.
I know that I could upload to Snapfish, but I can't seem to not to a Zip file. Where are Zip files stored?
It says its in Downloads, but then I look in downloads and the zip file is not there.

It depends on your browser, since it could save files in a different location by default.
Try saving the file again and see if you're able to locate the file again. You can also try another browser to see if this helps.
