I can't download a folder from the web browser (both Chrome and Firefox fail)

I haven't used Dropbox in a while but it seems irretrievably broken. I am simply trying to download a folder, it's not very big -- less than a gig -- and it simply won't download no matter which download button or menu item I try, just.wont.do.it. the whole UI is a complete mess, it used to be very simple and it used to work. Anyway, any solutions for this? On a Mac running Ventura 13.6.7, Chrome and Firefox are both fully updated. Thanks.

    Welcome to our forum, Toast_is_nice.

Have you tested this via incognito mode, as well? Please also make sure to clear the cache of your browser(s) and give it one more try.

Also, when downloading the folder, do you receive any errors or are you clicking on the “Download” button and nothing happens at all?

Ping me, when you’ve got more info.
