I can't open 365 Microsoft files on my Mac running Sequoia.

Nancy, can you help wth this related issue... Same problem of no access to DB from 365, but in following your advice I find that 365 offers no option for adding DB. There is no visible 'storage accounts' option, only "add a service", which, when opened, reveals "add storage account" that permits only further 365 options (I will add a screeen shot if possible on this service). Your advice please. I'm using a mac running sequoia 15.5, with fully up-to-date 365...

Hey podbxl, thanks for posting here!

Would you like to share some additional info with us, please?

When did you first notice this behavior, and which file types does it affect?

Do you get any specific errors when trying to open your Microsoft files, and what steps do you follow on your end? Lastly, which subscription do you use?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
