I can't see a folder's size when checking online, and the "Sync & storage" dashboard is missing.

I click on the info button and it does not show the size of the file.  And I am also not able to see the new dashboard for synching and storage.  Help!

Hey Tractres, let's see what we can find together about this!

Is this particular folder empty, by any chance? Also, I was wondering if you can see the folder's size when selecting the "Size" option that's next on the "Modified" column when accessing your "All files".

If none of this works, can you also try a different browser to see if you get the same results there?

As for the Sync & storage dashboard can you make sure you're following these steps to access it?

-Click the Dropbox icon in your taskbar (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
-Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the bottom-left corner.
    -Click Sync & storage.

Would you mind clarifying your OS and the app version you currently have installed? You can find both by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon in your menu/task bar next to your WiFi.

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
