Solved

I sell digital downloads abd customers are complaining their downloads are blurry.

I sell very large files, sometimes gigabytes worth. I’ve been getting bad ratings due to complaints of pixelated image downloads. I sell high resolution art packs. Dropbox must allow image previews to download instead of the high-res originals as after reaching out, they get a better result downloading a second time. It used to be once in a while and now it is every day! My business can’t survive this. How do I turn this off and force a full-res download?

It depends on how the person is downloading. If they're just saving the image displayed in the preview or using a save/download option built-in to the browser, they'll likely download the preview image. They need to use the Download button on the Dropbox page. There is no way to force a full-res download other than the person clicking the Download button.
