I'm trying to open a file, but I keep getting error: Can't preview items inside password protected
hel[ I'm trying to open a contract that was sent to me via email with the dropbox link but on my mac computer I keep getting this message "Can't preview items inside password protected .zip files." I have the password to access the files but it doesn't give me the chance to type it in on my mac. I can put the password in using my iPhone, but once I put the password in, it says the files have to be open on a computer.. PLEASE HELP

You need to download the files on to your computer (i.e. download the Zip file) and then open it.
