I'm trying to recover a file from 5 months ago

Hi!  I hope everyone is doing well!  I'm Lauren.  I have dropbox professional bc I Thought it would help me recover a few files that got deleted in February of this year.  Whenever I hit deleted files and specify the date in the To field, it doesn't work.  I use a screenreader called NVDA because I'm blind.  Can anyone help me out?  Ican't keep dropbox professional for long bc I'm on a fix income.  I'd really appreciate any help with this.

Hello ElenaAvalorFan , thanks for dropping by the community!

Unfortunately, files deleted more than 30 days ago cannot be recovered. Even if you paid for an upgraded plan, the extra recovery time would only apply to files deleted after the upgrade. I know this may not be the best news to hear.

Did you have Professional at the time the files were deleted, and continuously since then? If not, you wouldn't be able to recover them. Upgrading your account now doesn't allow you to recover files that have already exceeded the recovery time (30 days). The files would have already been purged from the system.
