Is it possible to download all my archived files from Dropbox to my computer?
I'm retiring, although I plan to keep my Dropbox subscription for personal use.
What I'd like to do is to sync or download all the data in my Dropbox account to my current pc. From there my goal is to move them to an external hard drive for long-term storage while keeping them on Dropbox. I will NOT try to sync to the external drive. What I want is to see all my files on my Windows 11 hard drive. Is this possible?

Hi Barbara E.2, thanks for messaging the Community!
If you install the Dropbox desktop application, and then mark the entire Dropbox folder as available offline, this will have all your files on your account made local.
Afterwards, you can copy the Dropbox folder to your external drive for backup purposes.
If you need any further assistance, please let me know!

Thanks for your reply, Jay. I'll give it a try.
