missing column on excel for web

Hi problem as above on one spreadsheet i use, others are ok. Column A is missing. Ive cleared the cache several times but still not showing column A

    Hey diybry, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    May I ask if you're using any formulas on your spreadsheets? 

     

    Does the file open normally when you download it and try to open it locally on your device?

     

    Let me know and we'll take it from there.

    Hi apologies for the slow response, ive been trying to live with the problem, but now column b has dissappeared as well. This happens when i download or open in ewcel for the web. I'm using win11. Can you please confirm the method to delete the dropbox cache, as it may be ive not done this correcly

    I have some simple calculations on the sheet, but nothing complex at all

    Hi from me too, diybry!

     

    Have you tried opening your Excel files via another browser on your computer? If yes, does that seem to make any difference at all? 

     

    As for clearing your cache, you can check this link for more details.
