How are you opening them? Via the website or via a folder sync'd to your machine?
If its the website this is expected behaviour as the browser downloads them and usually does that to 'make them safe' etc.

Thanks for the clarification there awaisqutab - much appreciated.
Can you send us a screenshot of any errors you or your clients might be getting so that we can have a visual too?

thanks for quick response, I have attached two pictures, one is main assembly file created by me, which is okay, but another part created by my colleague is read only, although iit is not opened on other side.

I see, thanks for the screenshots awaisqutab
Based on the file name I see on the two screenshots you shared, you must be working on two different files and not on the same one. Would that sound correct?
Also, the issue here seems to come from the third party app you're using and not Dropbox. Could you confirm that you're both able to access and upload/download files from the shared folder you mentioned?

Hey awaisqutab! Sorry for the nudge.
I just wanted to check in and see if you’re still having an issue with this.
In case you do, can you please reply to Walter’s questions here, or else, share what helped resolve the issue for you?
Thanks!
