Numerous technical issues with Paper App
Far too many issues to list here. Apart from the chaotic disaster of non-migrated and missing files, last year images disappeared in my Paper App for several months, despite the "specialist engineering team looking into it" (what a joke). The lastest fiasco is that links do not work across all of my Paper files in the App (the desktop version is fine).
Could someone (serious) at Dropbox please inform your incredibly tolerant, long-suffering subscribers what on earth is going on? If the App is to be discontinued, which would appear to be the case judging by the fact that it has been abandoned (no updates since Version 262.2 over two years ago) could someone at least have the courtesy to let us know so we can stop paying for a ditched product and look for alternatives? This message is not intended to be disrespectful, quite simply like many of your users I have now completely run out of patience with this intolerable situation.

I am still waiting for you to contact me about this. The problems still carry on — the most serious of which is that no links are working in Paper documents in App (iPhone). It has been like this for weeks/months. For the record: The links work perfectly well in desktop version.

Thank you, Rich. Unfortunately Hannah seems to be unavailable. Is there anyone else who you can put me in touch with regarding deadlinks in Paper. This affects all of my files on the Papare App (working fine on laptops). Thank you
