Option to add a link to a file on the Android mobile app home screen

I have text files on Dropbox that I'd like to easily open on my Android device.

Excel will allow me to save a spreadsheet to my homescreen, but my text editor will not create a link for a text file.  Please allow us to put links to any file on the Home Screen.

Thank You.

Hey RWFarley, thanks for posting here!

While there's no option to add files to your mobile app's home screen, you can follow these steps to add a folder to the home screen.

So, for easier access, you could add your text files to a folder and add that to the home screen.

Would this be something you'd like to do?

    Let me know.
