Photos not available on my pc

Hi All,

I started a folder with a lot of photos on my laptop, and can view them on my laptop as well as my android phone, but cannot view them on my PC.

I can see the folders and all the names of the photos but no preview and when I click on the file it just says "no preview available" and "open with..." but when I click on that open with, it says loading but does nothing.

Any suggestions please.

    Hi, Kenweiland ,

     

    If you double-click on the item and wait for a minute or so, does the photo load up? Note that to preserve your PC's storage, the files in Dropbox will be in "online only" mode, when you tries to open it, then Dropbox will start to download it.

     

    If it still doesn't work, you may want to check if Dropbox is running correctly by checking your PC's tray for the Dropbox icon.
