Please darken and enlarge the font in Support chats.

The font in Support chat is very pale, there is not sufficient contrast to read easily. The current font is very hard to read because of this lack of contrast.

Please darken and enlarge the font to make it easier to read

Please refer to ticket number 249-22794 dropbox support chat as an example.

Thank you

Hey RicTucker, thanks for posting here!

Your comments about this have been quite helpful, and I will do everything I can to ensure that your voice is heard.

I'll forward your feedback to the appropriate areas so we can continue to improve.

As a workaround, have you considered temporarily altering your browser's font while you're chatting with us? Not sure if this is possible, but it might be depending on the browser you're using.

    Thanks a bunch!

      Hi Megan,

Thank you for your kind works and passing along the request / suggestion.

Enlarging the font was tried and minimally improved the readability however it reduced the screen real estate for the UI in question making it harder to work on the issue at hand.

Hopefully making the font a standard black or other similar color rather than the light gray will be a quick and easy fix.

      Much appreciated!
