"Something Went Wrong on Our End" when searching for a folder
I have seen many threads about this issue, and it seems like the prevailing recommendation from support is to try a different browser, try an incognito tab, and clear cache/cookies. I tried that to no avail. The issue is strange, I am able to navigate to folders within Dropbox by clicking my way through, but the search function is what does not work. Any time I try to search for a folder, even being 100% sure that it's spelled correctly, I get the "Something Went Wrong on Our End".
What do????

I would like to add that I am continuously being logged out. Every time I leave the browser, and come back, I have to log in again, even if it's only been 10 seconds. This has never happened before in my years of using this same DB account.

Hey iankeichi - sorry to hear about this.
Is this happening with a specific folder of yours or all of them? Does it occur with files as well?
Apart from that, can you please clarify if this persists on an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running?
If it does, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the error you're getting too.
Thanks!

Hi Walter,
This is happening with files as well as folders. Here is an example of me searching for a file by name and the search not working, and the file itself.
Actually I cannot upload the screen shots because they are "not allowed." Why would that be? Common file type and they're both under 1mb. This is getting pretty out of hand. Is there an Dropbox service outage? The Dropbox status page shows all systems operational.
Thanks for helping me figure this out,
Ian
