'The File could not be accessed' error when trying to open an Excel file
So one of my users is getting this message when they are trying to save an excel file. When I try to drag and drop the file into the folder from the desktop it saves but when trying to open the file it shows that the file is not available. is there a work around for this issue

Thanks for letting us know about this, rjohnson190.
If I see this correctly, in the screenshot, the file appears to be set to 'online-only' (has a cloud icon on it).
Can you right-click on it from the Dropbox folder, choose 'make available offline' and then try again to see if that helps?
Keep me posted.
