The zip file is too large - Never ending issues trying to download from your service
I have a photographer trying to send me files through her paid dropbox account.
First, i couldnt download without upgrading. We figured that out and shared the link instead of folder access.
Now, it says the zip is too big.
How do i download so i can get on with this work PLEASE

If there are too many files or the size if too large to create a Zip file of the folder, you'll need to download the individual files one at a time.

Thank you for your reply, its not actually even zipped. She tried splitting into multiple folders with no success so we have had to bail on dropbox and go to another file transfer service.

If you try to download a folder from Dropbox through the website, the folder is first zipped but it has a limit of 10,000 files or 250GB. Anything beyond those limits would result in the error you received.
