"There was an error downloading your file" message online. And the app hasn't synced for 9 days.
As of today I have been unable to download a file from Dropbox onto my PC. I've also noticed that the Desktop app hasn't synced in 9 days.
This issue is occurring on 2 different PCs and on different browsers. Windows 10 and 11. It keeps saying there was an error downloading your file.

Hey Steve_H, thanks for posting here!
Just wanted to jump in here, and check if you're still facing the same issue.
What is the size of the file you're getting this error for? Also, do you notice this behavior when trying to download a specific file or with all of them?
Also, would you mind clarifying the app's current syncing status, and version that you're using?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
