Thumbnails are blank and won't open.

My drop box suddenly wont open thumnails and they are blank. It wont allow me to see photos and I cannot open files. I tried to create more space by making all folders and files online only but now they dissapared and I cant see or open the thumbnails. Please help.

    Is it safe to assume you're talking about your desktop app? If you're referring to our website, feel free to clarify more. 

     

    Do you get any specific errors when trying to preview the files? What is the app's current syncing status and version? 

     

    Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
