'Too big to load' error on the website is causing confusion
Some of the people I work with are not the most technically literate, and so when they read 'Too Big to Load' they assume it means they cannot download the file. They stop reading and miss the obvious download button. This has happened multiple times and can be annoying for both parties.
And easy fix is to change 'Too big to load' to 'Too big to preview'. I would also change 'This file type must be smaller to load here' to ' The file type must be smaller to preview on Dropbox.'
