Unable to play .mov (ProRes) once downloaded, plays fine within dropbox.

Unable to play .mov (ProRes) once downloaded, plays fine within Dropbox.

Any ideas?

VLC, quicktime, windows media, da vinci, final cut none of these are able to open and/or play the file??

    Hi TB119, let's jump right into this! 

     

    Just to confirm, can you confirm that you follow these steps, in order to download your .mov files? 

     

    How large are these files? Do you get any specific errors when trying to preview them, and if so what does the message say? 

     

    Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
